The suburbs around Columbus have a high percentage of Japanese because of the Honda plant. This affects the schools too as they accommodate Japanese students with ESL and other emergence classes. But I do know the Japanese and Honda plant are very gracious for what the schools do for the students. My dad and step-dad have both been asked by the Honda plant to tour Japan as part of a reverse-education program. They both went-- at different times-- and really enjoyed the experience.
